V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ett k\u00e5lhuvud \u00e4r inte detsamma som ett annat, gurka \u00e4r inte bara en sak och tomater \u00e4r definitivt inte ett enhetligt begrepp. Skillnaderna spelar verkligen stor roll och min tidigare id\u00e9 om att receptet var avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r resultatet har reviderats.<\/p>\n<p>Samma recept noga f\u00f6ljt intill sista stavelsen kan hamna l\u00e5ngt fr\u00e5n vad som var t\u00e4nkt beroende p\u00e5 skillnader i r\u00e5varans kvalitet. Och just precis nu finns s\u00e5 mycket fina smaker att ta tillvara. Nysk\u00f6rdat och solmoget fr\u00e5n egen tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rd, fr\u00e5n torg eller marknader. Plocka, k\u00f6p, dofta och smaka.<\/p>\n<p>Dagens tips \u00e4r tv\u00e5, f\u00f6rutom det om vikten av att v\u00e4lja bra grejer tycker jag ni ska t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 smakskillnader som har med form att g\u00f6ra. Samma tomat skuren p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt kommer smaka delvis olika. Tunna skivor eller klyftor \u00e4r en annan sak \u00e4n fint t\u00e4rnat. Testa och avg\u00f6r sj\u00e4lv.<\/p>\n<p>Nu till min tomatsalsa som \u00e4r s\u00e5 enkel att den knappt kan kallas ett recept.<\/p>\n<h2>Tomatsalsa<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>ett g\u00e4ng solmogna tomater, g\u00e4rna flera sorter<\/li>\n<li>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>olivolja<\/li>\n<li>n\u00e5gra droppar citron<\/li>\n<li>(chili eller svartpeppar)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>T\u00e4rna tomaterna med vass kniv. Riv i vitl\u00f6ken. Salta, ringla \u00f6ver lite olivolja och smaka av med pressad citron. Chili eller peppar kan uteslutas eller f\u00f6lja med beroende p\u00e5 vad salsan ska \u00e4tas till. Inte f\u00f6r mycket bara. L\u00e5t tomaterna skina. Och kom ih\u00e5g det h\u00e4r \u00e4r inte ett recept f\u00f6r bleka vintertomater.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>S\u00e5 enkelt var det och ta dig tid att verkligen k\u00e4nna efter vad det smakar.<\/p>\n<p>Vill du g\u00e5 all in och ta del av smakprat har jag ett par tips.
