V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ibland \u00e4r det s\u00e5 enkelt. Utan att t\u00e4nka s\u00e4rskilt mycket alls har man p\u00e5 tallriken framf\u00f6r sig en r\u00e4tt som\u2026ja, sl\u00e5r det mesta. R\u00e5varorna var s\u00e5 bra att de gjorde jobbet sj\u00e4lva.<\/p>\n<p>Varje dag plockar jag tomater. I m\u00e4ngd. De flesta i v\u00e4xthusen, men n\u00e5gra plantor \u00e4r satta p\u00e5 friland och uppriktigt sagt gl\u00f6mmer jag dem ibland i m\u00e5nga dagar. Men s\u00e5 idag s\u00e5g jag det r\u00f6da p\u00e4rlbandet under solrosorna och plockade ihop en skaplig m\u00e4ngd fina sm\u00e5 k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater som f\u00e5tt mogna p\u00e5 kvist i solen. Lyckliga dem.<\/p>\n<p>Hemma hade jag annat att g\u00f6ra \u00e4n att ta hand om tomater s\u00e5 jag bara stj\u00e4lpte upp dem i en form, la i lite goda grejer som r\u00e5kade finnas inom r\u00e4ckh\u00e5ll och h\u00e4llde p\u00e5 olivolja. D\u00e4r har ni f\u00f6rresten inneb\u00f6rden av confiterat \u2013 kokt i olja. In i ugnen p\u00e5 125 grader och d\u00e4r fick de sedan st\u00e5. Efter ett par, kanske tre timmar tog jag ut formen och den doften.<\/p>\n<p>Lilla E och jag kokade pasta, rev god ost och s\u00e5 tog jag h\u00e4lften av tomaterna som mixades innan jag blandade dem med \u00e5ngande nykokt pasta. Ost och ett g\u00e4ng av de hela tomaterna p\u00e5 och\u2026det var s\u00e5 gott! De riktigt mogna sm\u00e5 tomaterna hade f\u00e5tt en djup, s\u00f6t, intensiv smak. Ni bara m\u00e5ste prova!<\/p>\n<p>Den som anv\u00e4nder tomater som inte f\u00e5tt den l\u00e5nga, soliga mognadstiden kan addera lite honung till ingredienslistan.<\/p>\n<h2>Confiterade tomater<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater, eller fler<\/li>\n<li>1 hel vitl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 chili, medelstark<\/li>\n<li>f\u00e4rsk timjan n\u00e5gra kvistar<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl olivolja<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 125 grader. H\u00e4ll upp tomaterna i en ugnsfast form. Dela den hela vitl\u00f6ken p\u00e5 mitten och l\u00e4gg i formen. L\u00e4gg ner chili, timjan och h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 oljan. Salta l\u00e4tt.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt in formen och l\u00e5t den st\u00e5 ett par, eller tre timmar.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4rifr\u00e5n finns m\u00e5nga v\u00e4gar. Jag tog h\u00e4lften av tomaterna, vitl\u00f6ken, chilin och en del av spadet, lade alltihop i en mixer och k\u00f6rde till en gudomlig s\u00e5s som blandades med nykokt pasta. Riven ost och resten av de hela tomaterna fick toppa h\u00e4rligheten. Ljuvligt gott.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Den som vill anv\u00e4nder de sm\u00e5 juvelerna till en k\u00f6ttbit, till fisk, p\u00e5 grillat br\u00f6d eller till n\u00e5got annat fiffigt.
