V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jaja, vi har mycket av sommaren bakom oss. Stimmiga skolbarn \u00e4r ig\u00e5ng, bussarna \u00e4r fulla, vi k\u00f6ar till badrummet p\u00e5 mornarna, men visst finns det fortfarande sommar kvar att krama ur.<\/p>\n<p>Om inte regnet \u00f6ser \u00f6ver oss kan det bli en utemiddag till helgen. En kr\u00e4ftmacka, n\u00e5got grillat och en dessert som jag inte t\u00e4nker \u00e4gna en tanke \u00e5t efter det att de f\u00f6rsta momenten \u00e4r klara.<\/p>\n<p>Jag g\u00f6r ett pajskal, fixar vaniljkr\u00e4m, ser till att det finns b\u00e4r och lutar mig sedan tillbaka. N\u00e5gon annan f\u00e5r ta \u00f6ver. Gillar skarp id\u00e9n med ett tomt, spr\u00f6tt pajskal som fylls med n\u00e5got kallt. Skulle kunna vara vispad pannacotta eller som h\u00e4r en vaniljkr\u00e4m.<\/p>\n<p>Hemligheten med ett spr\u00f6tt pajskal \u00e4r kyla. Mixa snabbt ihop och l\u00e5t vila i kyl. Sv\u00e5rare \u00e4r det inte.<\/p>\n<p>Och nej, kanterna beh\u00f6ver inte alls sjunka ihop. Anv\u00e4nd en form som leder v\u00e4rme riktigt bra. Jag k\u00f6r med en springform av pl\u00e5t. Kl\u00e4 formen med deg och st\u00e4ll den sedan i frysen 20 minuter innan den \u00e5ker in i ugnen. D\u00e5 stannar kanten d\u00e4r den ska.<\/p>\n<h2>Paj med vaniljkr\u00e4m<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g sm\u00f6r, t\u00e4rnat, kallt<\/li>\n<li>3 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>1 msk socker<\/li>\n<li>1 msk kallt vatten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Vaniljkr\u00e4m<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>se receptl\u00e4nken nedan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Fyllning<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r<\/li>\n<li>florsocker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg alla ingredienserna i en matberedare. K\u00f6r ihop till en degboll. Det tar bara n\u00e5gra sekunder.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e4ck och st\u00e4ll in i kyl, minst en halvtimma, g\u00e4rna l\u00e4ngre.<\/li>\n<li>Kavla ut degen. Kl\u00e4 en springform, nagga skalet i botten med en gaffel och frys sedan formen i 20 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader utan varmluft. S\u00e4tt in pajskalet och gr\u00e4dda det till fin f\u00e4rg 10 \u2013 15 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Ta ut och l\u00e5t det vila i v\u00e4ntan p\u00e5 vaniljkr\u00e4m och b\u00e4r.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/vaniljkram\/\">Receptet till vaniljkr\u00e4men hittar du vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r<\/a>.
