V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6norna \u00e4r ig\u00e5ng och missar man att plocka en enda dag s\u00e5 \u00e4r de f\u00f6rv\u00e4xta och lite tristare. De ska sk\u00f6rdas sp\u00e4da s\u00e5 \u00e4r det bara. Mina b\u00e4sta b\u00f6nrecept \u00e4r p\u00e5 den niv\u00e5n att jag lika g\u00e4rna kan s\u00e4ga upp mig. De kr\u00e4ver ingen m\u00e4sterkock varken i id\u00e9 eller utf\u00f6rande.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00f6r h\u00e4r: Koka b\u00f6norna kort i saltat vatten. En gener\u00f6s. I med b\u00f6norna, p\u00e5 med n\u00e5gra droppar citron och riven ost.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 enkla att de snarare kan kallas tips \u00e4n recept. Men s\u00e5 har jag det h\u00e4r, lite fler ingredienser och n\u00e5gra fler moment. Mycket gott och passande till en augustimiddag med en grillad laxbit eller en skiva grillost. Till detta \u00f6nskar jag mig dessutom stompad f\u00e4rskpotatis med gener\u00f6sa m\u00e4ngder lagrad ost.<\/p>\n<h2>B\u00f6nor i kr\u00e4mig dilldressing<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 \u2013 300 g haricots verts eller vaxb\u00f6nor<\/li>\n<li>1 sallatshuvud<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Dressing<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u00e4ggula<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk dijonsenap<\/li>\n<li>2 msk rapsolja<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd citron, saft + rivet skal<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>1 knippa dill, g\u00e4rna med sp\u00e4da dillkronor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg b\u00f6norna i kokande l\u00e4ttsaltat vatten. Koka cirka 3 minuter s\u00e5 att de fortfarande \u00e4r sp\u00e4nstiga. L\u00e5t rinna av i ett durkslag.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda \u00e4ggulan med senap och olja. R\u00f6r i gr\u00e4dde, citronsaft och rivet citronskal. Smaka av med salt. Finhacka dillen och r\u00f6r i den. Fr\u00f6n fr\u00e5n dillkronor ger fin smak.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda b\u00f6norna med dressingen och l\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 en b\u00e4dd av fina sallatsblad.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Till sist ett litet odlingstips. Eftersom b\u00f6nsk\u00f6rden tenderar att ta \u00f6ver mitt liv g\u00f6r jag en dubbel s\u00e5dd. Det l\u00e5ter mots\u00e4gelsefullt, men jag s\u00e4tter h\u00e4lften av b\u00f6norna p\u00e5 f\u00f6rsommaren.<\/p>\n<p>Resten f\u00f6rs\u00e5r jag i br\u00e4tten n\u00e5gra veckor senare och s\u00e4tter ut i mitten av juli. P\u00e5 det s\u00e4ttet har jag sp\u00e4da fina b\u00f6nor under en l\u00e5ng s\u00e4song och slipper de f\u00f6rvuxna och lite tr\u00e5diga. Allt gott!
