Fritters av bj\u00e4ssarna och en caesarinspirerad sallad av sm\u00e5ttingarna. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ni k\u00e4nner igen den, zucchinifr\u00e5gan. Vad sjutton g\u00f6r man med en aldrig sinande str\u00f6m av gr\u00f6nsaksfrukter?<\/p>\n<p>Varje \u00e5r letar jag efter minst ett nytt s\u00e4tt att anv\u00e4nda dem. Och vid sidan av nyheterna finns de bombs\u00e4kra korten, mina fritters, kakan och soppan.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har lite olika strategi beroende p\u00e5 i vilket stadium mina zucchinifrukter \u00e4r. Egenskaperna, b\u00e5de i smak och konsistens, skiljer sig beroende p\u00e5 i hur hur stora de hunnit bli. De riktigt sp\u00e4da passar fint att \u00e4ta r\u00e5a i en sallad.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>De riktigt sp\u00e4da kan med f\u00f6rdel hyvlas p\u00e5 mandolin eller skivas tunt f\u00f6r att \u00e4tas r\u00e5a. Passar i en sallad och g\u00e4rna ihop med en mindre blygsam dressing. Mycket smak matchar den milda lite n\u00f6tiga, sp\u00e4da zucchinin.<\/p>\n<p>Jag testade en variant med caesardressing. En hit! Caesar har smaken p\u00e5 plats och en kr\u00e4mighet som g\u00f6r salladen till en liten r\u00e4tt i sig. Den blir mer \u00e4n ett perifert tillbeh\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har gjort s\u00e5sen med originalets sardeller och med en variant d\u00e4r jag ersatte dem med kapris. B\u00e5da blev kanon. Och h\u00e4r kommer receptet.<\/p>\n<h2>Zuccinitema \u2013 Caesardressad sallad<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3 \u2013 4 sm\u00e5, sp\u00e4da zucchinifrukter<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk dijonsenap<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd -2 dl rapsolja<\/li>\n<li>1 riven vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>1 \u2013 1 \u00bd tsk Worcestershires\u00e5s<\/li>\n<li>3 sardellfil\u00e9er, eller 1 msk kapris<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl riven parmesanost<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00bd tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>2 kryddm\u00e5tt svartpeppar<\/li>\n<li>2 msk pressad citron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Skiva zuccinin tunt, g\u00e4rna p\u00e5 en mandolin<\/li>\n<li>Se till att alla s\u00e5sens ingredienser har samma temperatur. Kn\u00e4ck \u00e4gget i beh\u00e5llaren till en stavmixer. L\u00e4gg ner alla ingredienserna utom citronsaften.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt mixerstaven i beh\u00e5llarens botten, k\u00f6r ig\u00e5ng och dra den upp\u00e5t. S\u00e5sen ska bli tjock och kr\u00e4mig. R\u00f6r ner citronsaften och smaka av, kanske beh\u00f6vs det mer.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda med den hyvlade zuccinin. Str\u00f6 eventuellt extra ost \u00f6ver och kapris om du anv\u00e4nt dig av den ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r sardell. Citronklyftor vid sidan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Caesardressing kan anv\u00e4ndas till mycket och <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/potatissallad-caesar\/\">i inl\u00e4gget h\u00e4r smaks\u00e4tter den en potatissallad<\/a>.
