Vardagsv\u00e5r och man kan ha det s\u00e4mre. En av dagens utmaningar \u00e4r att hitta bra anv\u00e4ndning f\u00f6r de d\u00e4r p\u00e5skresterna som dr\u00f6jer i kylen. Fortfarande lite lax kvar b\u00e5de varm- och kallr\u00f6kt. Dessutom skinka och en bit r\u00f6kt r\u00e5djursbog. Passar mig perfekt. Plockar fram v\u00e5ffelj\u00e4rnet och g\u00f6r varma mackor. Det blir en restsucc\u00e9!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Har n\u00e5gon noterat att jag missade v\u00e5ffeldagen? Det gjorde jag i \u00e5r, precis som f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret. Inte s\u00e5 att jag inte gillar v\u00e5fflor men dagen f\u00f6rsvann i andra projekt. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r tar jag igen f\u00f6rlorad frasighet och g\u00f6r varma mackor i j\u00e4rnet. Och det blir bra. Riktigt bra.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredienserna \u00e4r enkla och tillagningen snabb. Tror att det tog tio minuter. Dessutom var det ett suver\u00e4nt s\u00e4tt att anv\u00e4nda p\u00e5skbordets sista rester. Barnen fick v\u00e4lja lax eller k\u00f6ttp\u00e5l\u00e4gg som hamnade i en uppskuren surdegsbaguette tillsammans med ett spenatfr\u00e4s och mozarella.<\/p>\n<p>Mackan kl\u00e4mdes ihop i j\u00e4rnet och osten blev s\u00e5d\u00e4r perfekt mjukt, tr\u00e5dig medan br\u00f6dets yta blev frasande knastrigt. Mmm gott helt enkelt. Det blev fantastiskt gott med sm\u00e4ltande ost och ett gr\u00f6nt spenat och dillfr\u00e4s.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>V\u00e5ffelj\u00e4rnsmacka 4 pers<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 br\u00f6d, sm\u00e5 surdegsbaugetter eller annat br\u00f6d till en dubbelmacka<\/li>\n<li>2 mozarellaostar \u00e1 125 g<\/li>\n<li>4 skivor kallr\u00f6kt lax, skinka eller motsvarande m\u00e4ngd av liknande rester fr\u00e5n helgen.<\/li>\n<li>1 knippa dill<\/li>\n<li>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>200 g spenat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ig\u00e5ng v\u00e5ffelj\u00e4rnet. Sk\u00e4r br\u00f6det p\u00e5 mitten och vik upp. H\u00e4ll av v\u00e4tskan fr\u00e5n mozarellan. Osten ska vara s\u00e5 torr som m\u00f6jligt. Jag tryckte till den med hush\u00e5llspapper. Skiva osten tunt och l\u00e4gg ett lager p\u00e5 den understa br\u00f6dskivan. P\u00e5 osten en skiva kallr\u00f6kt lax eller annat sovel, varmr\u00f6kt fisk g\u00e5r bra liksom r\u00f6kt k\u00f6tt. Du v\u00e4ljer.<\/li>\n<li>Finsk\u00e4r dillen och hacka vitl\u00f6ken. Hetta upp lite fett i en panna. L\u00e4gg i dill vitl\u00f6k och spenat. Fr\u00e4s hastigt. Spenaten ska precis mjukna s\u00e5 \u00e4r det klart. Salta l\u00e4tt och f\u00f6rdela \u00f6ver br\u00f6den. Nu ska ytterligare ett lager ost p\u00e5 innan det \u00e4r dags att vika ihop mackorna.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg br\u00f6den ett och ett i v\u00e5ffelj\u00e4rnet och kl\u00e4m till, ordentligt. Det tar inte ens en minut innan mackan \u00e4r frasig och osten sm\u00e4lt. Servera med sallad och en enkel vin\u00e4grett.<\/li>\n<li>Vi hann faktiskt inte ens s\u00e4tta oss vid bordet innan det var slut. Kanske har du en l\u00e4mpligare apparat \u00e4n v\u00e5ffelj\u00e4rnet f\u00f6r varma mackor. D\u00e5 ska du s\u00e5klart anv\u00e4nda den. Men v\u00e5ffelj\u00e4rnet funkade kanonbra och s\u00e5 gillar jag hj\u00e4rtm\u00f6nstret : )<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Finns det fler rester d\u00e4r i kylens m\u00f6rkaste vr\u00e5r.
