B\u00e5de smak och doft koncentreras i processen och fungerar sedan som smaks\u00e4ttning p\u00e5 liknande s\u00e4tt som andra kryddor.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e5 doser ger stor utdelning och \u00e5terkommande p\u00e5 menyn h\u00e4rhemma st\u00e5r karljohanmajonn\u00e4s. Inga konstigheter utan just majonn\u00e4s smaksatt med torkad karljohansvamp. Vi \u00e4ter den till r\u00e4tter med n\u00f6t- eller viltk\u00f6tt. En klick p\u00e5 hamburgaren eller p\u00e5 mackan med riktigt tunt skivad biff. Sv\u00e5rslaget gott.<\/p>\n<p>Just i de h\u00e4r sammanhangen \u00e4r majonn\u00e4s perfekt. Br\u00f6det ska vara sm\u00f6rstekt och majonn\u00e4sen toppas med en liten n\u00e4ve friterad l\u00f6k. Knaprig och helt utan beskan som kommer med br\u00e4nd l\u00f6k. L\u00e4gg ner senap och salt. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 oljan och svampen.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt mixerstaven i botten p\u00e5 beh\u00e5llaren. K\u00f6r ig\u00e5ng och dra staven sakta upp\u00e5t. Majonn\u00e4sen \u00e4r f\u00e4rdig p\u00e5 mindre \u00e4n en minut.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t den g\u00e4rna st\u00e5 svalt en timma innan servering.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Passar f\u00f6rtr\u00e4ffligt p\u00e5 en macka som den p\u00e5 bilden ovan. Inga konstigheter. Det du ser \u00e4r det du f\u00e5r. Sm\u00f6rstekt surdegsbr\u00f6d i gener\u00f6sa skivor, sallat, tunna skivor fint stekt biff, knaprigt friterad l\u00f6k, baconstr\u00f6ssel och en klick karljohanmajonn\u00e4s. S\u00e5 gott!<\/p>\n<p>Ett litet bonustips som ocks\u00e5 passar k\u00f6tt \u00e4r att smaks\u00e4tta en r\u00f6dvinss\u00e5s med torkad svamp som d\u00e5 f\u00f6rst ska mortlas till smulor.
