Ja, ni fattar : ) V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag st\u00e5r och v\u00e4ljer bland svenska \u00e4ppelsorter. I en alldeles vanlig aff\u00e4r. N\u00e5got har h\u00e4nt och det \u00e4r inte bara det att det varit ett alldeles lysande fint \u00e4ppel\u00e5r. Jag tror att det handlar om vurmen f\u00f6r n\u00e4rproducerat. Dags att sluta prata om trend. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r v\u00e5r nya vardag. \u00c4ntligen!<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5nga \u00e4pplen blir det p\u00e5 alla m\u00f6jliga s\u00e4tt h\u00e4rhemma. Det ligger skrottar b\u00e5de h\u00e4r och var. Och s\u00e5 \u00e4r det pajerna f\u00f6rst\u00e5s, men jag gillar ocks\u00e5 \u00e4pple till salta r\u00e4tter. Listan p\u00e5 smaker som matchar \u00e4r l\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5ng, men om vi tar n\u00e5gra s\u00e5 s\u00e4ger jag: kanel, vanilj, kardemumma, sm\u00f6r, gr\u00e4dde, socker, sirap, havregryn, n\u00f6tter, k\u00e5l, r\u00f6dbetor, pepparrot, f\u00e4nk\u00e5l, fl\u00e4sk, vildsvin, \u00e4lg, kyckling, ingef\u00e4ra, rosmarin, timjan, lingon, b\u00f6ckling, bacon\u2026\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>Ett \u00e4pple kan vara det fr\u00e4schaste, men ocks\u00e5 tillf\u00f6ra b\u00e5de v\u00e4rme och mustighet. En r\u00e5vara att \u00e4lska. Och b\u00e4sta tiden \u00e4r nu.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t oss d\u00e4rf\u00f6r g\u00f6ra en \u00f6verd\u00e5dig dessert. Enkel att fixa till, men med lite lyxig k\u00e4nsla. \u00c4pplet f\u00e5r b\u00e4sta s\u00e4llskap av kolas\u00e5s och vispad glass, men det \u00e4r fyllningen som g\u00f6r det. Jag anv\u00e4nder samma recept som till mina kanelbullar. Lite extra-allt med en rej\u00e4l dos mandelmassa. En aning vetemj\u00f6l i ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att den inte ska rinna iv\u00e4g. Mycket gott!<\/p>\n<h2>Ugnsbakade \u00e4pplen med salt mandelkolas\u00e5s<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<p>4 \u00e4pplen<\/p>\n<h4>Fyllning<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g mandelmassa<\/li>\n<li>100 g rumsvarmt sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>2 msk socker<\/li>\n<li>1 msk kanel<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd msk vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Salt mandelkolas\u00e5s<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>1 dl socker<\/li>\n<li>1 dl ljus sirap<\/li>\n<li>1 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>1 dl grovt hackade mandlar<\/li>\n<li>1 gener\u00f6s nypa salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. K\u00e4rna ur \u00e4pplena med en \u00e4ppelpipa. Blanda ingredienserna till fyllningen och fyll \u00e4pplena. St\u00e4ll dem i en ugnsfast form och baka i ugnen tills de \u00e4r mjuka i 25 \u2013 30 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg sm\u00f6r, socker och sirap i en kastrull. Sm\u00e4lt ihop p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll i gr\u00e4dde, r\u00f6r om och l\u00e5t puttra fem minuter. R\u00f6r i mandel och salt.<\/li>\n<li>Servera \u00e4pplena varma med kolas\u00e5s och vaniljglass.
