S\u00e5 n\u00f6jd! S\u00e5 gott! V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00e4nner mig barnsligt n\u00f6jd. Jag var egentligen ute efter Hasselbackspotatis, men ville g\u00f6ra tunnare skivor \u00e4n vanligt. Ni vet som en tusenbladst\u00e5rta, en mille feuille, med lager p\u00e5 lager av frasigt supertunna flagor sm\u00f6rdeg. Det ljuvliga kraset n\u00e4r man tar en tugga och den l\u00e4tta k\u00e4nslan som kommer av att \u00e4ta n\u00e5got riktigt tunt.<\/p>\n<p>Och det var d\u00e5 jag kom p\u00e5 det. Jag ska skiva potatisen mandolintunt!<\/p>\n<p>Jag valde stora potatisar som en efter en gick genom mandolinen. Efter varje f\u00f6ste jag ihop skivorna och st\u00e4llde dem i formen. En enkel process, skivorna landar p\u00e5 varandra n\u00e4r man skivar. De ligger liksom i r\u00e4tt ordning och det \u00e4r bara att plocka upp s\u00e5 har de sin \u201dpotatisform\u201d. Jag tog en i taget och det gick snabbt.<\/p>\n<p>Sedan var det bara att l\u00e4gga i form, pensla och skjutsa in i ugnen. En robust sk\u00f6nhet och ett underbart tillbeh\u00f6r. Recept finns i l\u00e4nk nedan.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Potatis h\u00f6rrni, inte gl\u00f6mmer ni v\u00e4l den? V\u00e5r bas, v\u00e5r trygghet, men ocks\u00e5 en k\u00e4lla till s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga m\u00f6jligheter. Kan varieras i det o\u00e4ndliga. Har fin smak i sig sj\u00e4lv och s\u00e4llskapar i harmoni med mycket annat. H\u00e4r finns stor potential f\u00f6r innovativa grepp.<\/p>\n<p>Vi \u00e4r en nyfiken matnation. Blickar ut\u00e5t f\u00f6r att hitta nytt, nytt och nytt. Jag tillh\u00f6r definitivt den skaran, men vill samtidigt h\u00e5lla i det vi har. V\u00e5r matkanon. R\u00e5varorna vi har och har haft l\u00e4nge. De har mer att ge, jag lovar. Och potatisen \u00e4r definitivt en av frontfigurerna. Nu \u00e4ter vi!<\/p>\n<h2>Tusenbladspotatis<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg stora potatisar<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl rapsolja<\/li>\n<li>2 msk sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>eventuellt 1 riven vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>eventuellt timjan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. Tv\u00e4tta potatisarna. L\u00e5t skalet vara kvar.<\/li>\n<li>Ta fram en mandolin och skiva en i taget. F\u00f6s ihop skivorna som de ligger i n\u00e5gorlunda ordning s\u00e5 att de formar en potatis.<\/li>\n<li>St\u00e4ll sedan potatisen i ugnsfast form med skivorna upp. V\u00e4rm oljan tillsammans med sm\u00f6ret. Salta potatisen i formen och pensla med drygt h\u00e4lften av sm\u00f6rblandningen innan formen \u00e5ker in i ugnen.<\/li>\n<li>Ta ut formen efter 30 minuter och pensla med resten av sm\u00f6rblandningen. Riv f\u00f6rst i vitl\u00f6k och timjan om du vill smaks\u00e4tta. S\u00e4tt in potatisen igen och l\u00e5t den st\u00e5 tills den \u00e4r helt mjuk i mitten cirka 15 minuter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tusenbladspotatis \u00e4r ett perfekt alternativ till ugnsrostad potatis av alla slag.
