Rulla ut degen och vik in en knapp centimeter runtom till. Sk\u00e4r 5 \u2013 7 tunna skivor av ch\u00e8vreosten. Mixa resten av osten med cr\u00e8me fraiche. Sk\u00e4r p\u00e4ronet i tunna skivor och stek dem till fin f\u00e4rg i panna. Ytan ger en karamelliserad s\u00f6tma.<\/li>\n<li>Bred ostkr\u00e4men \u00f6ver sm\u00f6rdegen. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ost- och p\u00e4ronskivor i ett vackert m\u00f6nster. S\u00e4tt in tarten i ugnen och gr\u00e4dda till fin f\u00e4rg 15 \u2013 20 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Rosta n\u00f6tterna i torr panna. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver p\u00e5 en handduk och gnugga s\u00e5 att skalet lossnar.Grovhacka n\u00f6tterna.<\/li>\n<li>Ta ut tarten och str\u00f6ssla \u00f6ver n\u00f6tterna.
