V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En dessert som kan f\u00f6rberedas i god tid. Lyxig, smakrik med hint av svenska skogar. V\u00e5rt eget superb\u00e4r. Knapriga n\u00f6tter och ett vackert m\u00f6nster n\u00e4r pannacottan vispas och spritsas.<\/p>\n<p>Vispad pannacotta? Javisst! Den smaksatta gr\u00e4dden l\u00e5ter sig villigt vispas fluffig och kr\u00e4mig. Resultatet \u00e4r samtidigt l\u00e4tt och smakrik. Den h\u00e5ller f\u00f6r kolas\u00e5sen utan att rinna ut och med de knapriga n\u00f6tterna \u00e4r alla komponenterna p\u00e5 plats. Och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till.<\/p>\n<h2>Vispad lingonpannacotta med salt kolas\u00e5s<\/h2>\n<p>4 &#8211; 6 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 gelatinblad<\/li>\n<li>200 g lingon, frysta g\u00e5r bra<\/li>\n<li>5 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl socker<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk \u00e4kta vaniljpulver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Kolas\u00e5s<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 \u00bd dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl ljus sirap<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl socker<\/li>\n<li>25 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk \u00e4kta vaniljpulver<\/li>\n<li>2 krm salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Kanderade n\u00f6tter<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g n\u00f6tter, exempelvis mandel och hasseln\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<li>1 dl socker<\/li>\n<li>2 msk vatten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<h4>Lingonpannacotta (kan g\u00f6ras dagen f\u00f6re servering)<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg gelatinbladen i kallt vatten.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda lingon, gr\u00e4dde, socker och vaniljpulver i en kastrull och hetta upp tills f\u00f6rsta bubblan syns. Ta fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och mixa.<\/li>\n<li>Krama ur gelatinbladen, l\u00e4gg i kastrullen och r\u00f6r varsamt tills de l\u00f6st upp sig. H\u00e4ll upp i en sk\u00e5l, plasta och st\u00e4ll i kyl minst 4 timmar.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e4r pannacottan ska l\u00e4ggas upp f\u00f6r servering vispas den upp till en gr\u00e4ddliknande konsistens. Spritsa eller skeda ner i serveringsglas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Kolas\u00e5s<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Koka gr\u00e4dde sirap och socker p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme tills blandningen n\u00e5r en temperatur p\u00e5 107 grader. M\u00e4t med en digital k\u00f6ttermometer.<\/li>\n<li>Ta fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och r\u00f6r ner sm\u00f6r, vanilj och salt. L\u00e5t svalna.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Kanderade n\u00f6tter<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. L\u00e4gg n\u00f6tterna i en form och st\u00e4ll in i ugnen 10 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll upp socker och vatten i en kastrull. L\u00e5t blandningen sm\u00e5bubbla tills den f\u00e5r en ljust brun f\u00e4rg. R\u00f6r inte under tiden.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda i de varma n\u00f6tterna och h\u00e4ll upp p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper. L\u00e5t stelna. Hacka sedan n\u00f6tterna grovt till servering.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Vid servering ringlas kolas\u00e5sen \u00f6ver den vispade pannacottan.
