V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trettondagsmiddag \u2013 lite som en gammaldags s\u00f6ndagsmiddag. Jag t\u00e4nker mig att familjen samlas, kanske med n\u00e4ra v\u00e4nner f\u00f6r att \u00e4ta gott och vinka av julen. Vardagen n\u00e4rmar sig och granen barrar. Knut f\u00e5r urs\u00e4kta, men h\u00e4rhemma \u00e4r glada julen alldeles snart slut, slut, slut.<\/p>\n<p>Men f\u00f6rst en helg vigd f\u00f6r god mat och trevliga samtal. Trettondagen f\u00f6rresten, ni vet v\u00e4l varf\u00f6r? I grunden en kristen helg som handlar om de tre vise m\u00e4nnen Kaspar, Melchior och Baltasar. Det handlar om stj\u00e4rnan, om g\u00e5vorna och om en nyf\u00f6dd kung.<\/p>\n<p>Jag t\u00e4nker mig en trer\u00e4tters med findukat bord, en vacker f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt f\u00f6ljd av en k\u00f6ttsallad. V\u00e4rm upp cr\u00e8me fraichen i en kastrull och r\u00f6r ner osten till en sl\u00e4t kr\u00e4m. St\u00e4ll att svalna.<\/li>\n<li>En halvtimma f\u00f6re servering h\u00e4lls eller skedas ostsmeten ner i krustaderna. L\u00e4gg en liten klick rom p\u00e5 varje.<\/li>\n<li>Hacka l\u00f6ken mycket fint. Sk\u00e4r gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ken i tunna ringar.
