Potatisen st\u00e4ller alltid upp. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det finns r\u00e5varor som mer \u00e4n andra l\u00e5ter sig f\u00f6rvandlas. De som matchas med m\u00e5nga smaker, de som passar till det mesta. Jorden runt har potatisen en plats, i en indisk curry, som spansk tapas eller frasig pommes i New York och s\u00e5d\u00e4r forts\u00e4tter det. \u00d6verallt \u00e4r den v\u00e4lkommen. Vardag eller fest, den \u00e4r med.<\/p>\n<p>Jag ska inte dra den nordiska br\u00e4nnvinshistorien, men det var s\u00e5 det b\u00f6rjade h\u00e4r och efter det har vi \u00e4lskat den. En med sm\u00e5 bitar knaprigt fl\u00e4sk, stekta \u00e4ppelklyftor och sylt.
