V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Man kan undra varf\u00f6r de inte st\u00e5r p\u00e5 middagsbordet oftare. De har allt. En r\u00e4tt p\u00e5 fisktema, men med f\u00e4rsk\u00e4nsla.Och det gillar vi, eller hur!? Innanf\u00f6r den gyllenbrynta ytan d\u00f6ljer sig en l\u00e4tt, kritvit fiskf\u00e4rs. Och smaken \u00e4r okomplicerad. Barnv\u00e4nlig. Vardagsv\u00e4lkommen.<\/p>\n<p>Torsk eller kolja \u00e4r huvudingrediens, b\u00e5da sorter som bjuder p\u00e5 en mild fisksmak utan att bli p\u00e5tr\u00e4ngande \u201dfiskiga\u201d. Jag g\u00f6r de oftast p\u00e5 f\u00e4rsk fisk. Receptl\u00e4nk nedan.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>B\u00e5da varianterna funkar, men det kan vara bra att addera lite extra potatis- eller maizenamj\u00f6l om de g\u00f6rs p\u00e5 fryst fil\u00e9. Vi vill inte att de spricker i pannan.<\/p>\n<p>Generellt vill jag \u00e4ta mer fisk och det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett enkelt s\u00e4tt som passar alla. I norska recept ing\u00e5r ofta muskot. Och nu till fiskekakerna.<\/p>\n<h2>Norska fiskekaker<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g torsk- eller koljafil\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 skiva vitt formbr\u00f6d<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd msk potatis- eller maizenamj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r fisken i bitar och kontrollera att det inte finns n\u00e5gra kvargl\u00f6mda ben.<\/li>\n<li>Hacka l\u00f6ken och stek den varsamt tills den blivit glansig och f\u00e5tt lite f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<li>Mixa l\u00f6ken med br\u00f6dskivan, \u00e4gg, gr\u00e4dde, st\u00e4rkelsemj\u00f6l och salt. L\u00e4gg i fisken och mixa till en f\u00e4rs.<\/li>\n<li>Forma biffar, 8 \u2013 12 stycken beroende p\u00e5 hur stora du vill ha dem.
