M\u00e4ttande, tr\u00f6stande, p\u00e5litlig och l\u00e4tt att variera. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r f\u00f6r att stanna. Full av smak och med egenskaper som efter kokning ger den allra finaste, lenaste r\u00f6ran man kan t\u00e4nka. Full av n\u00e4ring, proteiner och med en smak som talar till hj\u00e4rtat.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6verallt dyker den upp. Vardag eller fest, ofta st\u00e5r det en sk\u00e5l hummus p\u00e5 bordet och p\u00e5 en buff\u00e9 st\u00e5r sk\u00e5len tom f\u00f6rst av alla. R\u00f6ran som med sin kr\u00e4miga konsistens blir en fin kontrast till annat. Mild och full av smak.<\/p>\n<p>Kik\u00e4rtorna klarar sig fint alldeles sj\u00e4lva i kombination med citron och vitl\u00f6k, men de kan ocks\u00e5 smaks\u00e4ttas ytterligare. Oftast g\u00f6r jag det enkelt med redan kokta kik\u00e4rtor p\u00e5 burk. Ibland l\u00e4gger jag egna i bl\u00f6t. Och ja, det blir \u00e4nnu lite b\u00e4ttre, men det h\u00e4r har blivit v\u00e5r snabbmat och torra kik\u00e4rtor beh\u00f6ver l\u00e5ng tid i vatten innan de \u00e4r redo att kokas.<\/p>\n<p>Det finns n\u00e5gra hummusknep som jag tagit till mig. Zeina Mourtada, ni vet tv-kocken, s\u00e4ger med eftertryck att en hummus aldrig kan k\u00f6ras i matberedare f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge. Den ska bli helt sl\u00e4t, len och kr\u00e4mig. Jag h\u00e5ller med. K\u00f6r l\u00e4ngre \u00e4n du tror.<\/p>\n<p>Hon anv\u00e4nder ljus thahini i sin hummus f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 den extra fin och jag kan bara h\u00e5lla med. Det blir b\u00e4ttre. Allra b\u00e4st blir det om man f\u00f6rst r\u00f6r ihop thahini och citron till en fluffig smet. Flera g\u00e5nger i veckan kommer rasslande kuvert fulla av hopp om \u00e5rets sk\u00f6rdar. Testar alltid nytt och i \u00e5r st\u00e5r kik\u00e4rtor p\u00e5 listan. Fr\u00f6 finns bland annat hos<a href=\"https:\/\/www.impecta.se\/froer\/gronsaker\/kikart\"> Impecta<\/a>. Vet att det finns mer storskaliga odlingar med kik\u00e4rtor i s\u00f6dra Sverige.
