Jag skalar, klyftar, skivar och pressar. S\u00f6ta bakverk, kr\u00e4mig pasta eller syrlig sallad. De passar allt. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Citrustider har sj\u00e4lvklart inte med inhemsk s\u00e4song att g\u00f6ra. Den h\u00f6r till s\u00f6dra Europa och norra Afrika, men sedan l\u00e4nge r\u00e4knar vi stenh\u00e5rt med den. I de egna f\u00f6rr\u00e5den hittar vi k\u00e5l, rotfrukter och \u00e4pplen. Gott, men jag s\u00e4ger inte nej till den glimmande citrusskatten.<\/p>\n<p>Det ryms mer \u00e4n en smak i b\u00e5de apelsin och citron. Dels den friskt syrliga som finns i k\u00f6tt och saft, men ocks\u00e5 den aromatiska som skalet bjuder p\u00e5. En smakk\u00e4lla med kryddpotential.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4nk exempelvis p\u00e5 den hackade kryddblandningen gremolata. Ni vet den som str\u00f6s \u00f6ver den italienska grytan Ossobucco. Citronskal, persilja och vitl\u00f6k hackas ihop och ger grytan nya dimensioner. Jag kan bjuda p\u00e5 ett recept d\u00e4r den traditionella kalvl\u00e4ggen f\u00e5tt ers\u00e4ttas av kycklingl\u00e5r. F\u00f6rst f\u00f6resl\u00e5r jag en frisk sallad med blodapelsinens vackra f\u00e4rgskiftningar. F\u00f6rutom apelsin ing\u00e5r skivad f\u00e4nk\u00e5l, avokado och gr\u00e4ddig burrataost. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/citrussallad-blodapelsin\/\">Receptet p\u00e5 den f\u00e4rggranna smakbomben finns h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>En helt annan citruskarakt\u00e4r hittar ni i min syrliga variant av Key lime pie och citronmar\u00e4ngpaj.\u00a0 Jag mixar komponenter av de tv\u00e5 och resultatet <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/citronmarangpaj\/\">finns i inl\u00e4gget h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ytterligare en helt annan sida av citrusen kommer fram i en pasta al limone.
