F\u00f6r s\u00e4llan! Ingen stekyta blir b\u00e4ttre, frasigare eller mer gyllenbrun. Och jag har tipset som ger perfekt resultat. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oftast handlar det om fisk. Ibland om k\u00f6tt eller f\u00e4rsbiffar som Wallenbergare. Och nu talar vi mat fr\u00e5n grunden. Mat f\u00f6r den som skiner upp n\u00e4r det nappar eller n\u00e4r det finns f\u00e4rsk kolja i fiskdisken. N\u00e5, jag passerar verkligen inte alltid f\u00f6rbi fiskpinnarna, men n\u00e4r det h\u00e4nder vill jag att det ska bli riktigt bra.<\/p>\n<p>Mitt absolut b\u00e4sta knep \u00e4r att anv\u00e4nda f\u00e4rskt str\u00f6br\u00f6d. Den som k\u00e4nns l\u00e4tt och som g\u00f6r r\u00e5varan \u00e4nnu lite b\u00e4ttre.<\/p>\n<p>Sorry, men str\u00f6br\u00f6d \u00e4r f\u00f6r tungt. Skorpan blir f\u00f6r tjock och alltf\u00f6r ofta mer br\u00e4nd \u00e4n brynt. Panko g\u00f6r jobbet helt okej, men tro mig f\u00e4rska smulor blir b\u00e4ttre. P\u00e5 ytterligare ett fat och vispa s\u00f6nder det.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4nd f\u00f6rst de benfria, saltade fiskfil\u00e9erna i mj\u00f6let, sedan i \u00e4gget och till sist i smulorna. Paneringen ska t\u00e4cka hela ytan utan att vara f\u00f6r tjock.<\/li>\n<li>Hetta upp olja och sm\u00f6r i en stekpanna. L\u00e4gg i fil\u00e9erna och kika f\u00f6rsiktigt p\u00e5 undersidan s\u00e5 att du kan v\u00e4nda n\u00e4r de f\u00e5tt precis r\u00e4tt f\u00e4rg. Ta upp n\u00e4r de \u00e4r frasiga ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 undersidan.<\/li>\n<li>Servera genast.
