Det minskar tillagningstiden och ger k\u00f6ttet chans att g\u00e5 klart utan att bli torrt. L\u00e4tt h\u00e4nt annars eftersom br\u00f6stfil\u00e9n \u00e4r s\u00e5 mager och samtidigt ska tillagas helt igenom. Den m\u00e5ste upp i temperatur och k\u00f6ttsaften ska vara klar, inte rosa. Var noggrann s\u00e5 att paneringen t\u00e4cker.<\/li>\n<li>Hetta upp olja i en stekpanna och stek kycklingen till fin, gyllenbrun yta p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r ihop ingredienserna till s\u00e5sen.
