Och som alltid \u00e4r det sk\u00f6nt att veta exakt vad maten inneh\u00e5ller. Med n\u00e5gra f\u00e5 ingredienser har du den perfekt frasigt gyllenbrynta burgaren. Inga konstigheter bra k\u00e4k, enkelt fixat.<\/p>\n<p>Ibland \u00e4r det kul att ta tid. Hur stor \u00e4r insatsen f\u00f6r den som vill g\u00f6ra mat fr\u00e5n grunden? Med en matberedare kan du r\u00e4kna med cirka tio min fr\u00e5n att ingredienserna l\u00e4ggs i maskinen tills burgarna fr\u00e4ser i pannan. Och inga moment \u00e4r sv\u00e5ra.<\/p>\n<p>Till burgare gillar jag att blanda fisksorter. H\u00e4lften lax och h\u00e4lften kolja eller torsk. Och fiskar du sj\u00e4lv kan du blanda lite som du vill. Men nu till fiskburgarna.<\/p>\n<h2>Fiskburgare deluxe<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>600 g fiskfil\u00e9, blanda g\u00e4rna magra och fetare sorter<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Panering<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>3 skivor vitt formbr\u00f6d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>4 burgarbr\u00f6d<\/li>\n<li>majonn\u00e4s<\/li>\n<li>fint skuren, krispig sallat<\/li>\n<li>gurka i tunna skivor<\/li>\n<li>picklad r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>eventuellt klyftpotatis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r fisken i bitar. Salta och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 15 minuter. L\u00e4gg fisken tillsammans med \u00e4gg och gr\u00e4dde i beredaren och k\u00f6r till f\u00e4rs. Det g\u00f6r ingenting om mindre hela bitar finns kvar.<\/li>\n<li>Mixa br\u00f6det till riktigt fina smulor. Forma burgare och v\u00e4nd dem i str\u00f6br\u00f6det. Det ska bara t\u00e4cka inte bilda tjocka lager.<\/li>\n<li>Stek vackert gyllenbruna i rapsolja. Pannan ska inte vara f\u00f6r het. Medelv\u00e4rme eller lite mer r\u00e4cker. V\u00e4nd burgarna ett par g\u00e5nger.<\/li>\n<li>Bred ett gener\u00f6st lager majonn\u00e4s p\u00e5 undre delen av br\u00f6det, sallat ovanp\u00e5 innan burgaren hamnar p\u00e5 plats. Sedan gurka och picklad l\u00f6k. Till sist ytterligare majonn\u00e4s p\u00e5 \u00f6vre br\u00f6dhalvan innan den l\u00e4ggs p\u00e5 toppen.<\/li>\n<li>Servera eventuellt klyftpotatis vid sidan.
