V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Varmr\u00f6kt lax \u2013 idag klingar det festmat, buff\u00e9bord och storhelg, men i grunden \u00e4r det en d\u00e5tidens konserveringsmetod. R\u00f6kt har helt enkelt l\u00e4ngre h\u00e5llbarhet \u00e4n f\u00e4rskt. Laxen saltas dessutom alltid innan den r\u00f6ks. En tv\u00e5stegsmetod i lagringsteknik. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r smakkompisar som tillf\u00f6r ett trevligt uppiggande sting.<\/li>\n<li>Sedan kommer den stora gruppen r\u00f6ks\u00e4llskapliga gr\u00f6nsaker och frukter: dill, sallat, gurka, potatis, gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k, citron, \u00e4pple, blomk\u00e5l, r\u00f6dbetor och socker\u00e4rtor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Listan kan g\u00f6ras mycket l\u00e4ngre, men det h\u00e4r \u00e4r n\u00e5gra s\u00e4kra kort.
