Inget vispande utan r\u00f6r fr\u00e5n botten s\u00e5 att smeten som precis b\u00f6rjat koagulera f\u00f6ses runt.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c4r temperaturen r\u00e4tt g\u00e5r det relativt fort. S\u00e5 snart du \u00e4r n\u00f6jd med konsistensen ska r\u00f6ran h\u00e4llas \u00f6ver i annat k\u00e4rl annars forts\u00e4tter tillagningen. Servera genast.
