V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Den ljuvligt gr\u00e4ddlena pannacottan har blivit en favorit och nu uppdaterar vi den. Vispad kl\u00e4ttrar den \u00e4nnu ett sn\u00e4pp p\u00e5 efterr\u00e4ttsskalan.<\/p>\n<p>Pannacotta \u00e4r en dessert med flera f\u00f6rdelar. Den kan f\u00f6rberedas och st\u00e5 klar innan servering. Den kan smaks\u00e4ttas p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga s\u00e4tt och den \u00e4r enkel att g\u00f6ra. Vispad adderar i och f\u00f6r sig ett moment i tillagningen, men \u00e4r inte mer avancerat \u00e4n att just vispa. Och resultatet! Ett luftigt litet efter\u00e4ttsmoln.<\/p>\n<p>Dagens variant har tre b\u00e4rande smaker, citron, hallon och mandel. De jobbar bra ihop och med olika texturer blir kombinationen perfekt. Fluffigt, s\u00e5sigt och knaprigt. Allt f\u00f6rberett i god tid.<\/p>\n<p>Det finns en del i tillagningen man ska vara f\u00f6rberedd p\u00e5. N\u00e4r gr\u00e4dde och citron r\u00f6rs ihop tjocknar det. K\u00e4nns lite som blandningen ska sk\u00e4ra sig, men med vispgr\u00e4dde beh\u00f6ver man inte oroa sig. N\u00e4r blandningen v\u00e4rms g\u00e5r den ihop och blir helt sl\u00e4t. Inget att oroa sig f\u00f6r allts\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Bra att veta ocks\u00e5 \u00e4r att den som inte vill vispa kan h\u00e4lla upp den heta pannacottasmeten direkt i sk\u00e5lar, kyla och l\u00e5ta den stelna s\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till.<\/p>\n<h2>Vispad citronpannacotta<\/h2>\n<p>6 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 gelatinblad<\/li>\n<li>5 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl socker<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tsk \u00e4kta vaniljpulver<\/li>\n<li>1 citron, rivet skal och saft<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Halloncoulis<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g hallon, frysta g\u00e5r fint<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd msk florsocker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Kanderat mandelhack<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g mandel<\/li>\n<li>1 dl socker<\/li>\n<li>2 msk vatten<\/li>\n<li>en nypa salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg gelatinbladen i kallt vatten.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda gr\u00e4dden med socker, vanilj och citron (rivet skal och saft) i en kastrull. V\u00e4rm upp till de f\u00f6rsta bubblorna syns. Krama ur gelatinenet och vispa ner det i kastrullen. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver i sk\u00e5l, t\u00e4ck och kyl minst fem timmar.<\/li>\n<li>Koka upp hallon och florsocker. L\u00e5t koka ett par minuter. Mixa, t\u00e4ck och st\u00e4ll in i kyl.<\/li>\n<li>Hacka mandeln grovt. Hetta upp socker, vatten och salt i en kastrull. Koka p\u00e5 relativt l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme tills sockret b\u00f6rjar f\u00e5 f\u00e4rg. Blanda i mandeln och bred ut p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper f\u00f6r att stelna.<\/li>\n<li>Innan servering vispas den stelnade pannacottan med elvisp till moussekonsistens. Spritsa eller skeda upp i sm\u00e5 sk\u00e5lar. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 halloncoulin. Eller s\u00e5 bottnar du med halloncoulin och spritsar pannacottan ovanp\u00e5 den. Hacka sedan bitar av de kanderade mandlarna och str\u00f6 hacket p\u00e5 toppen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Jag \u00e4r starkt f\u00f6r desserter med olika texturer och smaker, men starkt emot kr\u00e5ngel och att st\u00e5 i k\u00f6ket n\u00e4r det sm\u00e5pratas vis middagsbordet. F\u00f6rberett \u00e4r perfekt.
