En omelett som f\u00e5r v\u00e4nta ens en liten stund blir seg.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Ostomelett<\/h2>\n<p>1 person<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 \u2013 3 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>peppar<\/li>\n<li>1 dl riven lagrad ost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u2013 2 skivor bacon, fint strimlade, knaperstekta<\/li>\n<li>1 skiva vit br\u00f6d skuren till krutonger, sm\u00f6rstekta<\/li>\n<li>n\u00e5got gr\u00f6nt, fint skuren gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k eller krasse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Vispa upp \u00e4ggen med en nypa salt och lite peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Hetta upp pannan med en gener\u00f6s klick sm\u00f6r. S\u00e5 fort sm\u00f6ret bubblat klart utan att br\u00e4nnas ska \u00e4ggsmeten i. Och nu g\u00e5r det fort. H\u00e5ll pannskaftet i v\u00e4nster hand och \u201dknyck\u201d pannan fram och tillbaka medan du r\u00f6r med den flata sidan av en gaffel i pannans botten.<\/li>\n<li>Redan efter n\u00e5gra sekunder ska osten p\u00e5.
