Vad s\u00e4gs om en riktigt frasig v\u00e5ffla med l\u00f6jrom, finhackad l\u00f6k och cr\u00e8me fraiche!? V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Frasv\u00e5fflor \u2013 jag k\u00f6r p\u00e5 ett recept utan \u00e4gg och med vispad gr\u00e4dde i smeten. Med ett hett v\u00e5ffelj\u00e4rn blir v\u00e5fflorna l\u00e4tta, por\u00f6sa och mycket frasiga. Smeten \u00e4r betydligt tjockare \u00e4n v\u00e5ffelsmet brukar vara, men resultatet\u2026helt perfekt.<\/p>\n<p>Mitt recept inneh\u00e5ller varken socker eller vaniljpulver s\u00e5 det passar lika bra till s\u00f6ta som till salta r\u00e4tter. En v\u00e5ffla \u00e4r ju egentligen ingenting annat \u00e4n en frasig br\u00f6dvariant s\u00e5 varf\u00f6r begr\u00e4nsa sig till bara sylt och gr\u00e4dde? Min favorit bland de salta v\u00e5fflorna \u00e4r en l\u00f6jromsvariant. Annan rom funkar f\u00f6rst\u00e5s ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Jag hackar schalottenl\u00f6k mycket fint, sk\u00e4r gr\u00e4s- eller salladsl\u00f6k i ytterst tunna ringar och l\u00e4gger p\u00e5 ett v\u00e5ffelhj\u00e4rta tillsammans med l\u00f6jrom och en liten klick cr\u00e8me fraiche. Snabbt, enkelt och verkligen s\u00e5 gott. Ett perfekt plock f\u00f6re en b\u00e4ttre middag. Kanske redan idag : )<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00e5ffeltider \u2013 ett recept som passar b\u00e5de s\u00f6tt och salt<\/h2>\n<p>8 stycken<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>3 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>3 dl vetemj\u00f6l, inte special<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk bakpulver<\/li>\n<li>en nypa salt<\/li>\n<li>2 dl kallt vatten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 v\u00e5ffelj\u00e4rnet som ska bli riktigt varmt. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret och st\u00e4ll det att svalna.<\/li>\n<li>Vispa gr\u00e4dden och st\u00e4ll den \u00e5t sidan.<\/li>\n<li>Sikta ner vetemj\u00f6let i en sk\u00e5l tillsammans med bakpulver och en nypa salt. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 kallt vatten och det avsvalnade sm\u00f6ret. R\u00f6r snabbt ihop till en j\u00e4mn tjock smet. \u00d6verarbeta inte smeten d\u00e5 utvecklas gluten som g\u00f6r v\u00e5fflorna sega.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4nd ner gr\u00e4dden i smeten som kommer vara mycket tjockare \u00e4n v\u00e5ffelsmet brukar vara.<\/li>\n<li>Pensla det heta v\u00e5ffelj\u00e4rnet med en aning rapsolja och gr\u00e4dda v\u00e5fflorna.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Vill du prova en s\u00f6t variant p\u00e5 sylt till v\u00e5fflorna s\u00e5 har jag<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/frasigaste-frasvafflan\/\"> ett recept p\u00e5 jordgubbskompott vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r<\/a>.
