Lyfter en rad r\u00e4tter till helt nya h\u00f6jder. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bacon \u00e4r rimmat och r\u00f6kt sidfl\u00e4sk, mycket tunt skivat. Samma sak som r\u00f6kt sidfl\u00e4sk fast det kommer i hel bit. Gamla konserveringsmetoder som vi tagit till v\u00e5ra hj\u00e4rtan f\u00f6r den fina smakens skull.<\/p>\n<p>Och jag h\u00e5ller med, men d\u00e4r finns ett \u201dmen\u201d. Uppriktigt sagt s\u00e5 kan hela skivor bacon bli lite f\u00f6r mycket. Ibland lite sladdriga, d\u00e4r det feta tar \u00f6ver. Jag f\u00f6redrar att g\u00f6ra dem till ett str\u00f6ssel. D\u00e5 har du den fina smaken och knapret i sm\u00e5 doser. Baconstr\u00f6ssel kr\u00e4ver inte flera skivor per person, en r\u00e4cker.<\/p>\n<p>Tillagningen \u00e4r enkel. L\u00e5t rinna av p\u00e5 hush\u00e5llspapper och hacka sedan fint.<\/p>\n<p>Nu har du en smaks\u00e4ttare som passar mycket. Prova att str\u00f6 \u00f6ver en omelett, en \u00e4ggmacka eller \u00f6ver salladen. Toppa en gryta eller testa till fisk. Torsk och bacon, s\u00e5 gott! Bacon och ost \u00e4r en ypperlig kombo. Eller bacon och rotsaker, r\u00f6dbetor, mor\u00f6tter, l\u00f6k.<\/p>\n<p>Smakkamrater saknas verkligen inte. En variant \u00e4r att t\u00e4rna r\u00f6kt sidfl\u00e4sk mycket fint och steka t\u00e4rningarna. Rimmat fl\u00e4sk fungerar ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Kika g\u00e4rna p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra inl\u00e4gg d\u00e4r bacon- eller fl\u00e4sktr\u00f6ssel finns med. Mor\u00f6tter och baconstr\u00f6ssel<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/somriga-morotter-med-dillsmor-och-strossel\/\"> har du vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r<\/a>. Rimmad torsk med spenatkr\u00e4m<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/lattrimmad-ishavstorsk\/\"> i inl\u00e4gget h\u00e4r<\/a>. En macka med pocherat \u00e4gg<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/tareqs-pocherade-agg-ett-kanontips\/\"> ligger h\u00e4r<\/a>, men nu till en favorit som platsar fint p\u00e5skbordet.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u00f6k och sparris med fl\u00e4sk eller bacon<\/h2>\n<p>6 \u2013 8 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 knippor gul l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>2 knippor sparris<\/li>\n<li>30 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>150 g r\u00f6kt fl\u00e4sk i bit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. Koka upp l\u00e4ttsaltat vatten i en kastrull L\u00e4gg i l\u00f6karna och koka de halvmjuka i tre minuter. L\u00e5t sparrisen g\u00e5 med i koket den sista minuten.<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret. L\u00e4gg gr\u00f6nsakerna i en ugnsfast form och v\u00e4nd runt dem i sm\u00f6ret. St\u00f6rre l\u00f6kar kan delas i halvor eller klyftor. St\u00e4ll in i ugnen n\u00e5gra minuter tills l\u00f6ken f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e4rna fl\u00e4sket riktigt fint. Stek knaprigt. L\u00e4gg upp gr\u00f6nsakerna p\u00e5 fat och str\u00f6ssla fl\u00e4sket \u00f6ver. Har du l\u00f6kblast kvar sk\u00e4r den i fina ringar och toppa med dem.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Fatet passar p\u00e5 en buff\u00e9 och \u00e4r perfekt till grillat. Allt gott!
