V\u00e4lj och vraka bland gott och vackert. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det ska bli dessert, jag lovar, men f\u00f6rst en hyllning till huvudr\u00e5varan, \u00e4gget. F\u00f6r det \u00e4r \u00e4gget som g\u00f6r det. Alla de h\u00e4r desserterna bygger p\u00e5 \u00e4gg. Ingen annan ingrediens har s\u00e5 magiska egenskaper.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4gget byter skepnad fr\u00e5n det enkla kokta till frukost till desserternas m\u00e4stare. Lierar sig lika bra med ost som med socker. Och \u00e4ndrar villigt form beroende p\u00e5 hur du behandlar det. Knaprig mar\u00e4ng eller kr\u00e4mig \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra.<\/p>\n<p>Jag bjuder p\u00e5 tre olika p\u00e5skdesserter. Alla med \u00e4gg i fokus. I tv\u00e5 av dem anv\u00e4nds hela \u00e4gget, men jag ger gulan och vitan helt olika uppgifter. I den tredje anv\u00e4nds bara vitan, men gulorna ska s\u00e5klart anv\u00e4ndas. Jag f\u00f6resl\u00e5r att du g\u00f6r Wallenbergare. En botten av chokladmar\u00e4ng. Lite seg i mitten med en knaprig, spr\u00f6d yta. Kulor av choklad och vaniljglass p\u00e5 den, en topping med gr\u00e4dde och choklads\u00e5s. Barnsligt och mycket, mycket gott.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/4-x-paskdessert-med-marangtema\/\">Recept p\u00e5 chokladmar\u00e4ngswiss har du h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Som nummer tv\u00e5 i dessertkavalkaden kommer en toddy. Smaksatt med pigg lime och mango. En silkeslen, fluffigt vispad toddy som kr\u00f6ns med en sirlig mar\u00e4ngtopp. Riv \u00f6ver vit choklad och vol\u00e0 en perfekt avslutning p\u00e5 p\u00e5skmiddagen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/marangtoddy-dessertfluff-till-pasken\/\">Recept p\u00e5 min limedoftande mar\u00e4ngtoddy har du vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Min desservariant nummer tre. Utan att rangordna valet, \u00e4r en citronmar\u00e4ngpaj. Syrlig, kr\u00e4mig med ett tunt, spr\u00f6tt skal av kaksmulor. Jag br\u00e4nner mar\u00e4ngtopparna b\u00e5de f\u00f6r smak och utseende.
