En r\u00e4tt som f\u00f6ljer med p\u00e5 alla storhelger \u00e5ret runt. Inspirationen kommer fr\u00e5n stekt inlagd str\u00f6mming, men str\u00f6mming kan ha kvardr\u00f6jande ben och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r uppfann jag den h\u00e4r f\u00f6r mina benk\u00e4nsliga ungars skull. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 2 \u00bd dl rapsolja. S\u00e4tt mixerstaven i beh\u00e5llarens botten. K\u00f6r ig\u00e5ng och dra staven sakta upp\u00e5t. F\u00e4rdigt p\u00e5 ett \u00f6gonblick. Smaks\u00e4tt eventuellt med lite vin\u00e4ger eller citronsaft. Satsen \u00e4r stor och allt kommer inte att g\u00e5 \u00e5t, men den h\u00e5ller sig fint i kylen n\u00e5gra dagar. Och det passar ju alldeles utm\u00e4rkt under p\u00e5skdagarna.<\/p>\n<p>Dags att laga mat.<\/p>\n<h2>Laxskivor med citronmajonn\u00e4s p\u00e5 f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsb\u00e4dd<\/h2>\n<p>4 \u2013 6 personer (beroende p\u00e5 hur m\u00e5nga r\u00e4tter som finns p\u00e5 p\u00e5skbordet)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g kallr\u00f6kt eller gravad lax i hel bit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>F\u00e4nk\u00e5lsb\u00e4dd<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 f\u00e4nk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd citron, saften<\/li>\n<li>1 msk rapsolja<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>P\u00e5 toppen<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd gurka<\/li>\n<li>f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsdill<\/li>\n<li>\u00e4rtskott<\/li>\n<li>sm\u00f6rg\u00e5skrasse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Citronmajonn\u00e4s<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 dl majonn\u00e4s, se separat recept<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd citron, saften<\/li>\n<li>eventuellt \u00bd tsk f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsfr\u00f6<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Skiva laxen s\u00e5 fint du bara kan, riktigt l\u00f6vtunt.<\/li>\n<li>Ta tillvara f\u00e4nk\u00e5lens dill-liknande blast. Skiva f\u00e4nk\u00e5len mycket tunt. G\u00e4rna p\u00e5 mandolin. Blanda f\u00e4nk\u00e5l med citronsaft och olja. L\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 ett serveringsfat. Salta l\u00e4tt.<\/li>\n<li>Halvera gurkan p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden. Skrapa ur k\u00e4rnorna med en sked och t\u00e4rna sedan gurkan mycket fint. Dela \u00e4rtskotten i mindre bitar. Sk\u00e4r nedre delen av stj\u00e4lkarna sm\u00e5tt.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg den skivade laxen \u00f6ver f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsb\u00e4dden. F\u00f6rdela gurkt\u00e4rningar, f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsdill, \u00e4rtskott och sm\u00f6rg\u00e5skrasse \u00f6ver laxen.<\/li>\n<li>Smaka av majonn\u00e4sen med citronsaft och klicka eller spritsa p\u00e5 den.
