Det nybakade. Det som inte \u00e4r en smulig bit vid sidan om utan en av grillkv\u00e4llens lysande stj\u00e4rnskott. Och h\u00e4r \u00e4r de nominerade.<\/p>\n<p>Mitt f\u00f6rsta f\u00f6rslag \u00e4r en fluffig focaccia. Tar lite tid att baka men varje moment och minut betalar sig m\u00e5ngfalt. Br\u00f6det doftar av olivolja. Ytan \u00e4r frasig med fin s\u00e4lta och innanm\u00e4tet, mjukt, luftigt och samtidigt saftigt. Ett br\u00f6d att bryta, bit efter bit. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/focaccia-fluffigt-luftigt-saftigt\/\">Receptet hittar du vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Den som l\u00e4ngtar efter ett smaksatt br\u00f6d i bit kan satsa p\u00e5 pestoskuvar. Degen f\u00e5r j\u00e4sa l\u00e4nge f\u00f6r riktigt fin smak. Det kavlas innan du brer p\u00e5 pesto, viker, sk\u00e4r i bitar som sedan snurras till skruvar. En korg mitt p\u00e5 bordet \u00e4r en prydnad i sig. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/pestoskruvar-nattjast-basilikadoftande\/\">Receptet har du i inl\u00e4gget h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>En riktigt snabb och trivsam variant \u00e4r dra-is\u00e4r-br\u00f6det. Du utg\u00e5r fr\u00e5n ett f\u00e4rdigk\u00f6pt, gott br\u00f6d som sk\u00e5ras djupt och fylls med god r\u00f6ra, exempelvis pesto, tillsammans med ost. En stund p\u00e5 grillen eller i ugnen och du har ett varmt br\u00f6d med nybakad k\u00e4nsla.
