G\u00f6r inte samma misstag. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett riktigt fint s\u00e4tt att bevara ramsl\u00f6kssmaken som \u00f6rtsalt, och s\u00e5 enkelt.<\/p>\n<h2>Ramsl\u00f6kssalt<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Jag tar lika delar salt och ramsl\u00f6ksblad. Det vill s\u00e4ga 100 g salt till 100 g ramsl\u00f6ksblad. Sk\u00f6lj inte bladen om de inte \u00e4r direkt smutsiga. Mixa blad och salt i beredare till en gr\u00f6n, smulig massa. Bred ut luftigt p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper och st\u00e4ll varmt och torrt. R\u00f6r om i saltet d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. Det tar ett par tre dagar f\u00f6r det att torka. Den som vill ha snabba resultat kan torka i ugn p\u00e5 h\u00f6gst 50 grader med luckan p\u00e5 gl\u00e4nt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Min favorit bland ramsl\u00f6ksrecepten \u00e4r nog i alla fall peston. Blanda med \u00e5ngande het pasta och njut. Bred p\u00e5 en bit br\u00f6d eller blanda med rostade potatisklyftor.
