Prova min n\u00e4sselsoppa, v\u00e5rgr\u00f6n gnocchi eller n\u00e4sselpaj. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det beror p\u00e5 m\u00e5nad. N\u00e4sslorna l\u00e4mnar ilskna sm\u00e5 br\u00e4nnande bl\u00e5sor och jag rensar febrilt under sommarm\u00e5naderna, men inte \u00e4n. Nu i b\u00f6rjan av s\u00e4songen sitter jag p\u00e5 huk vid dem. Plockar varsamt och lyssnar p\u00e5 koltrastarna. \u00c4n \u00e4r n\u00e4sslorna mina allra b\u00e4sta v\u00e4nner.<\/p>\n<p>De \u00e4r helt enkelt en unik prim\u00f6r. Smaken \u00e4r alldeles egen. Och den \u00e4r vild \u2013 ingenting som kan k\u00f6pas \u00f6ver disk. De ska vara precis nyplockade, fortfarande med bladens undersida lite lilaskimrande. D\u00e5 \u00e4r de som allra b\u00e4st. Lova, missa inte det.<\/p>\n<p>Alla de omtalade h\u00e4lsof\u00f6rdelarna \u00e4r en bonus. Men det \u00e4r inte sk\u00e4let att jag sitter h\u00e4r i n\u00e4sselbest\u00e5ndet. De \u00e4r helt enkelt smakrika och mycket smakliga.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r ett test och ge den mindre \u00e4lskade gr\u00f6dan en chans att visa upp sig som elegant gourmetspis, v\u00e4l v\u00e4rd m\u00f6dan. H\u00e4r kommer mina tre f\u00f6rslag.<\/p>\n<h2>N\u00e4sselkavalkad<\/h2>\n<p>Soppa p\u00e5 n\u00e4sslor \u00e4r att ge sig sj\u00e4lv en kickoff in i v\u00e5rens innersta. Mitt recept f\u00f6r \u00e5ret har f\u00e5tt en smakkompis i den italienska korven salsiccia. Den har s\u00e4ltan och en liten fin kryddning av f\u00e4nk\u00e5l. En perfekt kombination. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/nasselsoppa-med-salsiccia\/\">Receptet finns vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Min riktigt v\u00e5rgr\u00f6na n\u00e4sselpaj har f\u00e5tt ett t\u00e4cke av fint skuren gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k. B\u00e5de n\u00e4sslor och gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k \u00e4r tidiga, de tittar upp ur jorden samtidigt och passar smakm\u00e4ssigt mycket bra ihop. S\u00e5 fint ocks\u00e5 med den illande gr\u00f6na pajen. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/ravara-nasslor-nasselpaj\/\">Recept finns h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Gnocchi med fr\u00e4sta n\u00e4sslor ser elegant ut. En riktig gourmettallrik med finst\u00e4md smak och jag \u00e4lskar att ingredienserna i grunden \u00e4r s\u00e5 enkla och robusta. Potatis, mj\u00f6l, \u00e4gg och br\u00e4nn\u00e4sslor.
