Nytt, sp\u00e4nnande och gott till grillfesten. T\u00f6rs ni? V\u00e4lkommen ut till grillen!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grill- och burgars\u00e4song \u2013 som vi l\u00e4ngtat! Allt \u00e4r som det brukar, men tillbeh\u00f6ren \u00e4r nya. Rabarberchutney l\u00e5ter kanske konstigt, men t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 smakerna. Ketchup f\u00f6rv\u00e5nar ingen. Alla k\u00e4nner v\u00e4l igen den s\u00f6tsyrliga smaken som \u00e4r s\u00e5 perfekt till grillat, inte minst till burgaren.<\/p>\n<p>Men t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 smakerna, det s\u00f6ta och det syrliga. Samma kombination en chutney bjuder p\u00e5. Och nu n\u00e4r rabarbern tittar upp ska ni inte tveka. Jag lovar det h\u00e4r \u00e4r gott! S\u00e4rskilt ihop med ostmajonn\u00e4sen eftersom ost och chutney \u00e4r&#8230; precis, v\u00e4ldigt goda smakkamrater.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har adderat lite chilihetta i min chutney. Och en sl\u00e4ng av ingef\u00e4ra. Lite kryddigare, men ingenting som tar \u00f6ver. Och nu lagar vi mat!<\/p>\n<h2>Rabarberchutney och ostmajonn\u00e4s till burgaren<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 burgare, k\u00f6tt eller vegetariska<\/li>\n<li>4 hamburgerbr\u00f6d, g\u00e4rna av briochetyp<\/li>\n<li>sallat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Rabarberchutney<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>400 g rabarberstj\u00e4lkar<\/li>\n<li>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/li>\n<li>\u00be dl socker<\/li>\n<li>2 msk \u00e4ppelcidervin\u00e4ger<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc &#8211; \u00bd tsk chiliflakes<\/li>\n<li>1 msk f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra, fint riven<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Ostmajonn\u00e4s<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl majonn\u00e4s (G\u00f6ra egen? Se l\u00e4nk nedan)<\/li>\n<li>1 dl fint riven lagrad ost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Baconstr\u00f6ssel<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>4 skivor bacon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>B\u00f6rja med chutneyn som beh\u00f6ver en stund p\u00e5 spisen. Skiva rabarberstj\u00e4lkarna tunt. Finhacka l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k.<\/li>\n<li>Hetta upp olja i en tjockbottnad kastrull, l\u00e4gg i l\u00f6ken som ska svettas en kort stund innan \u00f6vriga ingredienser f\u00e5r f\u00f6lja med. B\u00f6rja med den mindre m\u00e4ngden chili och smaka av under koket. L\u00e5t chutneyn sm\u00e5puttra tills den har relativt fast konsistens.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda majonn\u00e4sen med osten. Stek baconet knaprigt utan att br\u00e4nna det. L\u00e5t rinna av p\u00e5 papper och hacka det sedan fint till str\u00f6ssel.<\/li>\n<li>Grilla eller stek burgare. Bred ett lager ostmajonn\u00e4s p\u00e5 den undre br\u00f6dhalvan f\u00f6ljt av sallatsblad och burgare.
