Smeta ut j\u00e4sten p\u00e5 bunkens kant och blanda sedan ned i vattnet.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda ned mj\u00f6let och kn\u00e5da degen f\u00f6r hand tills alla klumpar \u00e4r borta. Kn\u00e5da i max 5 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg degen i en j\u00e4sl\u00e5da och l\u00e5t j\u00e4sa i 30 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Lyft upp degen och vik den 4-5 g\u00e5nger p\u00e5 mitten.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg degen i j\u00e4sl\u00e5dan och l\u00e5t j\u00e4sa 15 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Lyft upp degen och vik den 4-5 g\u00e5nger p\u00e5 mitten.<\/li>\n<li>Upprepa steg 6 &amp; 7 igen.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t degen j\u00e4sa i 12 timmar.<\/li>\n<li>Dela upp degen i 14 lika stora delar, anv\u00e4nd v\u00e5g. Varje boll ska v\u00e4ga 240-260 gram beroende p\u00e5 hur stor ugn man har och hur stora pizzor man vill ha.<\/li>\n<li>Vik varje boll 4-5 g\u00e5nger, stretcha upp bollen genom att forma tummen och pekfingret till en cirkel, tryck igenom degen och knyt ihop det sista.
